 Payment and Credit Terms


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  A processing fee of 3.5% will be added to your cart once you finish check out.
When ordering by fax or by email, please include the complete card number in full, the name shown on the card, expiration date (MO/YR) and the security card. All credit card charge orders must be signed by the credit card holder.
We do not keep any credit card numbers on file for security reasons.

We offer open terms to customers who are in 1st category rating by Jewelry Board of Trade.
For all other customers, please contact us for a Credit Application form and send us your trade references and bank reference.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Authorization requests must be made within 30 days from invoice date.
Non-defective item returns are subjected to a 25% restocking fee.
        - Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
All returns/exchanges must have a RA number written on the outside carton and on the shipping document.
        - Any returns without a clear and visible RA number on the outside carton will be rejected and shipped back to the sender at sender's cost.
        - Products damaged due to poor packing during return shipping will not be credited or refunded.
Authorized replacements will be free of shipping charge. (Limited to US customers only; PR, HI, and US Virgin Island not included; We do not ship to AFB and US military addresses.)
        - Our default service is UPS Ground. (PO Boxes will require a physical address.)
        - Expedited shipping cost extra for replacement products. Customers will have to pay the difference between UPS Ground and their preferred shipping method.

Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for returns and refunds.  
Imprint and custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Special Sales items are sold as is and are not available for refund or exchange.

General Restrictions and Limitations
We reserve the right to alter, limit and/or end any promotion at any time without notice.
One promo code per online order.
Promotions and coupons cannot be combined with any other existing discounts or coupons.
Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases, sale/clearance items and all services (die imprint, imprinting fees, handling fees and shipping costs).

General Imprint Information and Requirements

 

We offer custom imprinting on our jewelry boxes, shopping bags, pouches, jewelry cleaners, ribbons, and acrylic signages.
Custom imprinting will be hot stamp or silkscreen.
Sale/Clearance items will not be imprinted.
Imprinting setup charge and imprinting fee vary for all items. Please contact us for pricing.
There is a minimum quantity for imprint orders. Please contact us for minimum quantities.  If your order does not meet the imprint minimum, you will be billed for the minimum printing quantity.  
Available Imprint Colors: Black, White, Gold, Matte Gold, Silver and Matte Silver

New Logo Artwork File Requirements
       - Resolution must be at least 300 dpi.
       - Acceptable File Formats: .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .tif, or .psd)
       - Customers are responsible for providing clean artwork. If you are not sure if the artwork is acceptable, please contact us.
